Here is a pic of a good set up I've been using. This combo gives the good solid downward stretch on the ligs from the rods and pairs it with the vacuum cap so there is no loss of circulation and no need for breaks. I have a small metal wire wrapped around the top part of the bell and I put it through the 2 top holes in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] and twist it on. As you can see I'm able to get max tension with this set up and wear it as long as I want straight without the need to restore circulation. I actually loved the phallogenetics but it is tough to wear while sitting at my desk. I have not give up on using it. I am going to break it back out soon and see what I can do to make it easier to wear while sitting

DLD a couple questions:

1) What is the reasoning behind the vacuum cap providing no loss of circulation? is it because it inflates the glans even though the shaft is compressed by the sleeve?
2) What sleeve are you using here?
3) How do you know what your Max Tension is with this setup? Is it supposed to equal your maximum flaccid stretch length? How did you come across the right tension? Were you trying out different rods? Will the penis at some point stop stretching out if you have a rod that's too long?

I would think a wrap after girth would reduce the expansion, but thinking on retention, this may be a smart move. I guess time will tell.

I've never tried silicone sleeves yet. I would imagine the right size would be a good option for elongation and anti-FR. Anything too tight will probably be uncomfortable.

The thing about [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Ace[/words] Wrap I like is that it is adjustable. I usually aim to wear it at moderate compression. Obviously too light will not be effective against fluid retention and in elongation. If it's too tight it may be uncomfortable, although when I experimented tight wraps recently the elongation was incredible. I would imagine it's similar concept with various silicone sleeve sizes

Forgot to mention it in my previous update but I tried out my new [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] and learned quickly that I will have to mod it with the VV to get the pressure I am use to in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X30[/words]. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X30[/words] is the extreme model with the hand pump. Thanks to BSA for the link to the VV, I have placed it in the amazon cart and will have it on the way tomorrow.

On another note, the silicone sleeve I am testing for Bandit is going very well. I continue to use it with my PF and it is performing really well.

The VV has a pip (similar to The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words]) that you move to the side to release pressure. I'll be very curious what you think about it...especially the difference in available pressure between The Extreme vs. The VV.

Just be careful L4G with the pressure. Once upon a time when I first started out with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] I put on a moderately tight cock ring at the base going into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words]. I only did a few sets but it was such a large expansion I got scared lol. Since then haven't tried it. I can imagine that the penile tissue above and below the silicone sleeve will get bigger than normal expansion due to the slight enlargement the sleeve creates to that tissue.

I did try it out tonight and I don't think that my eq was good enough to give an accurate report. From what I could tell, the expansion seemed to have been held back and the length was a little more than what I normally get with my first set. By the 2nd set I was being squeezed in the tube and could not get any more length or expansion. I have ordered my VV and feel that this is something that has potential and deserves more testing. I will try this again when I mod the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] as I know I will have more room to work with.

Thanks for the heads up. I have used a CR while pumping several times and overdid it once and caused some blood to show up in my urine. Healed quickly but it let me know what that felt like so I know not to do it again

If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be a big help

EZPZ...you'll see on the side of The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] valve a small slot where you can pry the valve completely off, then you'll see The VV cork fills that void almost perfectly. The only thing you have to add is some material (I used a washer, but a rubberband would probably suffice) to wedge the cork in place so when it's being filled with water it won't dislodge...once you've created a seal, the cork won't budge, unless you walk into a wall (yes, I've made that mistake a few times, lol)

Take pictures if you can. You are going to be blown away by this modification. It takes the awesome [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BathMate[/words] and makes it 10 times better for a few bucks!

I was not able to get to my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session as I was trying to do the mod on my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words]. I followed the advice of BSA and had a hell of a time trying to get the valve out to replace it with the VV. I finally got pissed and broke out the 20v Dewalt with a drill bit and after a couple of minutes, it was done. The valve was destroyed but it was out and the VV cork went right in its place. I also found that the VV cork went right in and stayed in place with no need for any other parts

[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] must have done a redesign, cuz my valve popped-off by prying w/a mini flat-tipped screwdriver...way to go 'All Caveman' on it. (If it doesn't fit, get a bigger hammer, lol)

Thanks B. I am not sure if they redesigned it or not but that damn valve would not move with a screwdriver. I was worried I would crack the pump at the top. I did try out the VV mod last night and all I can say is holy crap. It may be me but the VV mod seemed a lot more powerful than the hand pump was on my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x30[/words]. I will have to get use to the larger cylinder of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] but the expansion was something to see. I even got a "damn" from the wife. I plan to test out the sleeve over the weekend and will let you know how it works

The past week was pretty hectic and I missed 2 days of my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session. Hoping the next week will be better.
