5 minute warm up in the shower followed by 5 minutes of manual stretching.

Evening:
Warm up with heating pad for 10 minutes
Bundled stretches with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] for 5 minutes, C,L,R,U&D
BTC stretches C, L&R

Hanging session for 20 minutes with 5 pounds, started swinging at the 15 minute mark to take the intensity up a bit
50 wet jelqs

This is the routine I have decided to try for a while to see what happens. I do want to add a second hanging set in the mix but I want to keep a consistent routine.

Did you get your lady to prepare you a nice ribeye steak after your pe routine? Trust me on this bro, you gotta eat meat to grow your meat.

We very seldom have a meal that does not include meat. Once I reach your size, she will fix me steaks every night, lol
 
Here's a really simple (but tasty) marinade for red meat...olive oil, soy sauce and garlic. I put whatever cut you have and the ingredients in a tupperware container and then take two forks and 'tenderize' (read: stab repeatedly) and let sit in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before grilling. The soy sauce seems to break-up any toughness (although a nice Rib Eye won't have that) and the olive oil aids in the grilling. The garlic? I'm half Sicilian

I might try this, though I am not a huge fan pf poking my meat before putting it in the grill it looses the juice. You cook the garlic first?

100 wet jelqs
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session 5x5x3 with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] stretches during the 3rd set

Stretchy hair tie for 20 minutes, CR's were broke so I borrowed this idea from DLD & BSA, worked pretty well but a little tighter than the CR

No poky once it's seared...prior to the 500* grillin', you can stab it like Jason (my Halloween Homage) I mince the garlic and when I tenderize w/the fork method some enter the flesh. The part that hits the grill just falls-off cuz burnt garlic is no beuno
