One thing I have noticed in doing my BTC stretches is that they seem to be getting easier.

This is looking really good mate. The feelings you're getting are positive signs that you're doing something right. Our main man seven_wants_ten has said that he aims to constantly feel that ache at his base. I follow his advice .
