My Homemade Length Master

Hi Guys,

I allready own an original [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] so I only had to build the bundle chamber with handles to it. I've been using this for the past 3 days and I can tell you that the strech feeling is beyond everything I've done so far in my PE carrier. Basically the hole ting consist of two pieces of wood wrapped up in electrical tape to avoid pinching, two nut bolts and a bit of sanitary silicone for the chamber padding. I used silicone because it has tremendous GRIP and it can be modeled easily in any shape.

I wrap with a piece of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] directly on my skin(quite tight) and over that I roll over a rubber band cut out of an old mousepad(very thin 3mm textile mousepad). The mouse pad soft rubber offers great padding and HUGE grip against the silicone(it sticks to it almost like a ghecko pad )

The cost of the whole thing was about $5 and took around 30min to build.

Here's my current routine:

- IR Lamp warmup for 5 mins

- 2 sets of basic streching in all directions(Out, left, right, up, under leg left and right, straight down, btc.
- 2 sets of Rolls SO and 2 BTC(theese burn like hell, I can barely use 10% of my strength)

- 6 sets of Mandingo strech(3 each bundle direction)
- 4-6 sets of bow and arrow with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] / I may add some low grip ring expressive streches later on
- 20-40 DLD Blasters

- 2 sets of bundeled streching in all directions(Out, left, right, up, under leg left and right, straight down, btc) I bundle my penis 2 times to the left for the first set of theese and them 2 times to the right for the second set.

- 20-25 mins wet Jelqing at 90%Erection
- 5 mins of various kegel squizes

That about it, the whole routine takes about 60-70 mins, I hold all the streches 30 sec using progresive streching in two stages: first 15 secs hold at 90% of MAX strech or intensity and the last 15 secs at 105%, i noticed that this way I can increase the intensity by the end of the rep because the tisues ease or relax into the strech. I feel this has really worked for me in the past.

At this point I pursue length only though gains have slowed down lately, I've started almost 22 months ago at 5" flat and now I'm 6.5(that's NBPEL) but gains have been almost nil for the last 3-4 months despite my efforts of following the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] by the book with almost 10 hours of streching a day using manuals and my old [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]Jes[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] so hopefully this short but high-intensity routine will help me break the platou.

I will follow this consistently for the remaining of 2014 and see where it takes me. I guess plan B is to take a decon break, buy a hanger and hit the weights starting from next spring.

Anyway, the difference this device makes in my manual work is HUGE and after almost 2 years of pe I can feel when something has the potential to give me any type of gains

In today's sesion I was able to strech harder then everything I experienced before with manuals. When I hit my platou with manuals over one year ago I thought that I can not pull any harder and I think that my penis adapted to the strength of my hands therefore the feeling that it can't be streched any further.
