I just finished my first EVER Penis Enlargement session:O :blush: . It was a great experience, in the sense that it was so simple. It took me literally years to just get to that stage, why i don't know but its pointless now. I have a couple of questions that i would REALLY like to get answered. I am starting my next Penis Enlargement session tomorrow night.
Here is the routine i did:
1. Warm Up with a towel for about 5 mins. I was not sure if i should use really hot water or just warm water so i used warm water and tried to cover all of my penis and testicles as much as possible.
CONCERN: I started completely flaccid but close to the end of warm up i was semi-erect. This presented a problem because the basic stretches should be done completely flaccid (as far as i understand). I decided then it would be best to start my jelq session as opposed to my stretch session since waiting for my penis to be completely flaccid again would take a while at which point the effects of warm up would have been gone (again this is according to my understanding so far).
2. Jelq session. This was the longest part and most worrisome to me. I used Vaseline skin cream to do my jelqs. The jelq itself is easy, its maintaining an 80% erection that is SOOO difficult. I kept getting close to 100% erections while i am doing my jelqs and i often did only 10 jelqs before stopping for a few secs to try and subside the erection and then start again.
CONCERN: the erection level at which i am doing the jelq. I once read that jelqs are very dangerous if done at 100% erection as they damage the blood vessels. But how do i maintain an 80% erection, jelqing by its nature forces blood into the penis!!! I tried my best to do jelqing at 80% but i fear that most of my jelqs were at a higher level (although i tried my best to ensure that i never jelq when i am fully erect). AM i being just paranoid?, or did i do it really wrong or what?. I just finished the workout and don't feel any pain at all (but then i wont feel anything till probably tomorrow!!).
3. Warm down and Basic Stretch: After jelq i was debating weather i should stretch now or in another session. I decided to warm down and (surprisingly) my penis was close to flaccid now (may be effects of jelq). I then did 3 sets of basic stretch (right stretch, down stretch, left stretch 30 secs each then 30 rotatory cranks).
4. Finally i warmed down again after my stretch.
Here is it so far (i will do the 100 kegels and 50 slow kegels) before i go to bed without warm up. Please guys and DLD tell me what you think of this so far and answer my concerns. Thank you all very much, i feel i am now finally part of the Penis Enlargement community instead of just reading about it!!!!
