This is such a lie. Back in September, when I ordered that hyped-up Massive Gains Package, I didn't receive my order until early November, despite NUMEROUS UNANSWERED emails to the very address you listed. I tried to cancel the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] Pill recurring order SEVERAL TIMES with no response as well, only to be charged for a SECOND ORDER. This was border-line fraud, and frankly I should have reported you to the Better Business Bureau. Eventually, I was refunded the bottle of pills (that gladly I never received...they are garbage) after hounding you MANY times. This is an inconvenience that no one line apology in an email can do justice for. That telephone number you have listed claimed to just distribute products and had nothing to do with money transactions, and couldn't give me the stuatus of my SERIOUSLY overdue product. I would just like everyone to know my story, so that they don't foolishly buy into what you fluffed up on here. OK, I perfectly understand that shit happens, but your customer service needs serious work. It wasn't so much the fact that my package arrived two months later, it was the way I was LEFT HANGING. This is the EXACT thing that Bib was getting on you for, and I have to say I agree...business ethics mean a whole lot to some people. I don't need "15 minutes of fame" as you so arrogantly put it, but what I do NEED is to be treated like a valued customer. Even the world biggest Companies like Fed-Ex and UPS lose 100's of packages everyday, but people still come back. That's no excuse for the delay on your package, but I'm pretty sure I corresponded with you (I can't say exactly because I don't know your real name).
