I dont really work out my legs i do lift and i know by not doing my legs its slowing down the growth process, i dont look like off set or anything cuz iam a small boned guy but i cant even like wear shorts cuz iam embarrased by them. I have a hard time getting the energy to do legs especially squats and such. Iam a strong beliver when it comes to weightlifting that control and free weights are the best way to go so i wont use like a machine to do legs or a smith machine for squats. Also though i have talked to quite a few girls that like guys who have skinny legs rather than huge ones. I still want big ones but iam not gonna stress a bout it. Anybody got any advice on getting myself in to workout legs. ( I hate the next day after squats i can't even walk)
