Tension Stretches refer to what stretch? Everything else looks great.
 
The tension stretch is basically something like a bpfsl measurement, stretching SO against a ruler and holding for 10 seconds x 10 sets.

I have to find a really old thread! Great minds think alike! I made an exercise called Ruler Stretching. I thought it was the smart way to incorporate psychological PE with physical PE. It worked but the exercise never really took off, maybe they’ll do it now that you posted! Good work!

Great log! How is the hanging for you ,do you like it?

I just about got the hang of it, liking it so far. Hanging isnt easy though, got to get the wrap, technique, attachment, etc right. This keeps changing as the penis gets conditioned and increases in size. But I guess if you follow instructions properly and make it a point to pay attention to it, then you'll be alright.

I just saw this progress thread today... awesome work with the graph! That's a great way to quickly take in your progress visually. You can do it all in a glance, rather than looking through several pictures (although I hope you're getting photo documentation as well!)

Consider making a graph with a Y axis going all the way to your goal, so you can see the progress in relation to what you ultimately want!
 
Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re helping so many people. Brothers don’t realize there are thousands of people looking at what you’re doing, following your progress and considering coming out from the dark into the light. So someone who is consistent and makes gains and gives good advice is helping the brotherhood. We are at a time that we need to unite and put extra work into building our memberships and bringing more brothers into the fold. So let us keep on motivating and inspiring these people to stop being lurkers and start being brothers.
