well that is my biggest problem lately i guess...i am never motivated to do my pe sessions, i know that after doing it for a couple weeks everyday, that i will keep doing it cuz it will be part of my day and i hate to break routine, just like working out, i hated doing it when i first started, then after a couple weeks it was just something i did everyday and i didnt think about it while i was doing it
so what is y'alls motivation to keep pe-ing??
