so the thing is, after 14 days of dedicated work i got gains, and it has grown particular in flaccid lenght and erect girth, now the thing is, when i get an erection, it feels like i don't got blood enough down in the penis, its only on 80% of max, it kind of feels like its the same amount fo blood as it was back then, but now its just a bigger penis.

So question is:
Is it just more kegels that i need to do? im doing 100 quickies 50 slow ones and 1 min hold to top it off. when im doing my workout
will it work itself out with time?
do i have to improve my workout? doing 200 kegels instead or?

or is there a whole new exercise that i need to do?

your workout sounds fine, it might be that maybe youre over workin your penis. loss of 100% erections can sometimes come from, over workin the penis and not givin it time to rest.

Are you doing phase 1, if so how can you do the kegals. Is it like flexing your muscles but with the muscles in the pelvis is the same?
 
Blood vessels aren't going to be ignored so a lack of blood isn't the issue. The blood system doesn't have air in it and it's circulatory: so it's always "full" so to speak.

I think Benjamin Siegel's comment is more what you should be looking into.

Hydromaxm well i guess that i just need to settle down some more, and take it easy, can it give any long term consequenses that it has a hard time getting to 100%?

And yes i know blood vessels are never empty, but however the penis is a lot like a ballon, and there is a difference between having 1 gallon or 2 gallons in a ballon (so to speak)

And im basicly just doing my kegels after my enlarging sessions and before my testicle massage.
 
Erections are the result of 100% normal inflow and a restricted outflow. Inflow arteries are located inside the penis, whereas outflow veins are on the outer side.

Overdoing it will definetly reduce EQ so just lay off until your EQ returns.
