i' started with pe 4 months ago and the first 2 months i've gained 2 cm, probably eq gains
but in the last 2 months i havent seen any changes
i want to ask about some exercices that could help me achieve my goal
also i have read about Slow Squash Jelqs, Supra Slammers, Bends but i dont understand these exercices very well because my english is not so good
for now my routine was :

warm up 5 min
stretch left,right,down, 30 sec/3times each
heli stretches 25/3 times each
bundles 3 times
jelqing 300
warm down 5 min
what should i add to my routine

More stretching sets and significantly more jelqs.

It may also be worth looking at DLD Blasters and Slow Squash Jelqs as an addition.

did you do the routine everyday in the 2 months?

The longer you have done Penis Enlargement the more you would have to stretch to receive the same result.

The best judge of whether you are gaining or not is possibly the ache at the base of the penis you will get the morning afterward (kind of a soreness). If you feel this then you are doing it correctly and need no more sets.

but i think it was eq gains

can someone explain the exercices mentioned before
and is it a reaslistic goal to achieve 1 inch in one year with my routine

It is entirely possible to gain as much as 2*1 in 6 months, all things perfect.

As such if you remain committed you will see your 1 inch within the year.

You can gain 2.5 inches in one year if you focus exclusively on length work. All you need is the SiliStretcher and the length master. But if you are short on cash, buy only the length master.
