Your girth is fine, you can even fit the medium sleeve. The only reason you would lose suction with the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] is if the sleeve comes up from your skin, this happened to me when I started getting in the higher tensions. Check out my fix for this http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...ction-with-the-default-condoms-no-longer.html using this method your suction will be there no matter how hard you are pulling on it & it will work if a sleeve doesnt fit. I could use a regular trojan condom with this method and evade the whole sleeve thing by using two bags one for the suction cup and one for the shaft.

My girth is 5" erect and I'm a grower too. I used to slip out of mediums but I don't any more. I went through a spell of trying smalls but no longer necessary. I think maybe I am going a bit easier on the tension than I did but I also wonder whether PF have improved the formula of the sleeves they use - they seem much harder to break than a couple of years back, and also I am now using them on a XL bell (even though my glans is not XL - I would recommend the XL bell to all but the smallest. Another thing: don't use anything except spit as lube - esp not talc.
