Got some old friends out to play today....

Just seeing this set up makes me want to go grab a Lengthmaster and do some serious stretching. I love the LM so much. I remember Wayback when I first thought about making it there was a video in the forum with an Indian guy using a rod to stretch his penis. He would roll it and twist it and stretch it and I thought if I could make something like this it will be so incredible for PE. Probably about four years later I found a good friend who was a carpenter to help me make my dream come true. He worked all day and came up with three prototypes. That was such an exciting day for me, I could not believe I had s Lengthmaster in my hands! ? The first batch of length masters were rather primitive but I was so proud. We got better and better as time went on. They used to be made out of solid ash each one hand cut, sanded and assembled. It’s gone through many changes but today it still the best stretching device available. I look forward to your new routine and making some serious gains!

Man...what a difference it was last night getting the LM back into the mix versus manual bundled stretches. I also checked out some of the links you posted DLD and it reminded me of all the non "clamped" exercises you can do with just the power assist ring portion. I got a triple twist bundle stretch under the legs that was amazing.

Any newbies that don't have one: get it now - it'll change your stretching routine drastically.

Scream it louder so they can hear at the back. The length master is a must have.
 
My lengthmaster is on the way, and I cant fucking wait.

Wow you never picked up her Lengthmaster? You are in for an amazing surprise. That lengths goal you have is going to come very quickly with a LM. I also think that you’ll be able to invent new exercises based on the LM. I look forward to your review.
 
Added something new tonight - not sure how much sense it makes, but it felt damn good and got me on a tear to do a major session tonight. (Picture of hang time below)

I decided to combine SSJ's, a cockring, and hanging 1.5lbs in intervals. I am sure this has been done countless times, and has a name, but here's the rundown:

>>Rice sock warmup.

>>Manual stretches.

>>SSJ x 3, 60 seconds each

>>Get 75% Erect

>>Cockring on

>>Hang with 1.5lbs Xsleeve at 75% erect for 15 minutes, doing Kegel sets every 3 minutes or so.

Repeat 3 times.

Later tonight is a LM session + Bathmate/SSJ session.

Tomorrow is a rest day for sure!

Thanks guys! I was sort of surprised at how that picture came out post-SSJ + cockring. My flaccid hang has definitely improved with the longer, moderate weight hang sessions...
 
Good overall session tonight. I got in some hanging, bundled LM stretches, SSJ's and some of my "moderate balloon hangs" (75% erect, cockring, 1.5lbs for 15-20 minute reps, SSJ's in-between).

I was determined to get in a 5/5/5 bathmate session as well, but for some reason I could not get suction tonight. It might be my excessive hair build-up+fat pad - I need to shave down and get a clean surface for the gaitor to grip onto.

Anyway, I pivoted to another round of SSJ's (never enough!), and just threw on the cockring and the weight for one more final stretch before bed.

I plan to measure again after Christmas - probably Jan/Feb.
 
Shaved tight this evening and cleaned the Bathmate well with soap. Voila - extreme pumpage. I just needed to "clear the deck". Rundown from 3:30-5pm

Rice sock warmup
Bundled stretches (5 minutes)
75% erect weighted hang w/ cockring
Bathmate 4/5/5 with SSJ's between each set.

Great pump. Headed out to a comedy show packing a monster (like)
