Hey forum! First of all, a shout out to DLD for this amazing world of PE he created. I am new to PE and I really want to start things with the right foot and get the most out of my exercises, so I have a few questions. Also, I can't afford to pay for the information on the pay site so I would appreciate if someone told me how to move to the next phase after i have gained all that I can from the first Phase of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. Also, should I take some sort of supplements to increase my blood-flow right away or should I wait for my penis to get used to the stretching and pulling? Please bear in mind that I can only do manual work since I can't afford any equipment...I would appreciate any form of feedback. Peace out!
