matters of size question?- time period

hey i was just wondering on in all the diffrent phases how long should each be .
mainly phase one ...3,4,5, months how long ?
i know your supposed to move up once you stop making gains but if you arent making gains how long do you stay on that phase ?
 
You may make all the gains you want on phase 1 and never need to move on. The point I am making is that you should stick with a routine until you reach a plateau (a period of about 3 weeks with no gains) At that point you can either increase the intensity or move to Phase 2.
 
ok, but how long do i wait to see if i make gains . like when most people start phase one how long does it usually take to see if their making gains from that exercise..?
cuz i dont no how long i should be doing an exercise without seeing gains... just asking. thanks!
 
Just commit to it. I have been jelqing and pumping occasionally for a number of years and I measured at 6 5/8 BPenis EnlargementL by 5.6 girth. Then I decided to commit to this and try 300-500 jelqs a day, with 10x25 sec of "Blue Whale's" stretch and then 10 x 25 sec of slow cranks (I think that's what they're called). In 6 weeks, I got to 7 4/10 BPenis EnlargementL x 5 7/8. But I did the work every day and took a day off when the "little guy" said he needed a break, or because of work or family I couldn't. Redzulu states (I think) 2 days on, 1 day off. DLD states, 7 days a week. I try for 7 days a week, but sometimes it just feels good to take a day off here and there. Just stay consistent no matter what your work out is, I was really suprised at my sudden gains! Good luck!
