Mastrubating and ejaculating after or before PE exercises

I wanted to hear your suggestion and also want advice on this. If your'e doing Penis Enlargement, can you masturbate and ejaculate before or after you Penis Enlargement? Will your Penis Enlargement exercises still be effective and will you still be able to gain length/girth if you masturbate and cum before or after your do Penis Enlargement exercises?

Or you shouldn't masturbate and ejaculate on the same night or day that you are gonna do Penis Enlargement exercises if you want to benefit and gain from your Penis Enlargement exercises?

Some men prefer not to masturbate. I might and have gone few days without masturbation. Considering gains, not so much difference if I masturbate or don't. (I actually prefer ejaculating on a good basis, about once a day, but time has been tight!)

One way is to do girth exercises, ejaculate and then stretch. I suggest different kind of workouts or changing your routine a bit every now and then. Same stress / signals done all the time = body gets used to it, no more progress. That's what I feel anyway.

So, the "red line, I don't think masturbation, unless it's excessive, will hinder gains. Blowing a load on a regular basis is better for the prostate.
Papi's way is a good way, in my opinion, you could try it JostMan!

Indeed you can as a matter of fact it is good to schedule regular emissions around the penis enlargement routine.
