Do you believe stretching gives faster results than hanging? by that I mean, you only stretch for 30-40 minutes and you hang for atleast an hour but people have gained a lot from stretching..
Does it depend from person to person or stretching is just faster?
I seen a chart that says you need minimum of 30-40 minutes of manuals to get significant gains..and you need atleast 2 hours of stretching per day to get significant gains..

now I don't know what logic is behind it but that's why I need your thoughts...
 
I'm rather new but I will give you NY thoughts

When you look at the amount of stress you can do with hanging vs hand stretching I would have to think hanging Is more efficient. While both are important hanging seems like it would be more effective

Stretching requires longer sets of practice within it's routine. Most men will follow anywhere from 3 to 8 sets of 20 minutes as a hanging routine. Weight in hanging is important to how fast you gain, the heavier you hang to faster the gains will manifest.

In manual stretching you are supplying much more weight than in hanging. If you could measure the resistance using a torc device you would see much more weight. This is why stretching is done in 30-60 second reps for 20-60 minutes.

Hanging is a good replacement for stretching as long as time and intensity are followed. Progressive hanging sets, or Pyramid Sets are a good to train if hanging is done independently. There are other routines to look at to from users like Stillwantmore, Dash and many others.
 
I was really big on manuals, that was where I felt most of my gains came from, but now I just don't get the same workout anymore unless I do a load of sets which makes my hands and penis quite sore. So, I bought a hanger this week so that my penis would be worked for a longer duration than it would do if I was using manual stretches.

I'm sure I will still do the odd manual set though.
 
If you follow the Newb routine you'll stretch your dick in every direction, bigger angles. You can also twist it and do quick crancks (actually you should).

If I were to decide, I think combining stretching and hanging in a single session will bring the quickest of gains.
 
Once I resume length work, I'm definitely going back to doing three 20 minutes session daily.
3 times a day is smart if it's spaced out right. Because you will gain so much faster. Penis, constantly being stretched will constantly bring gains.
