OMFG...This is realy bugging the hell out of me. Since a month or two I've been having the problem my erections aren't what they used to be. Been reading all kinds of threads on the forum, been doing kegels every day but they don't get back. I'm afraid my other excersizes (typo intended) have been ruining them. All I did were intensive jelq and uli's. Some stretches, but I was focusing more on girth and for the future length. Maybe it's the mastubating every day since I haven't got a partner at the moment and feeling the need to come at least twince a day. From where i sit it looks like you've figured it out yourself. Cut back on masturbation and smoking like you plan to :)

If it doesn't help over time it might be the right time to look at your general diet, and perhaps a little pause from Penis Enlargement and kegels will benefit you as well. Sure kegels will make your PC-muscle stronger in the long run, but if the PC is always in a state of fatigue how will it then be possible for it to hold your dick tightly? :)

i smoke 12.5g of GV a week and i consider that, for myself, excessive. you HAVE to cut down, mate, or its early doors for sure. your palette must be worthless.
have you tried before to curb the amount of baccy you smoke?

Thanks for the reply bro. I know, I've realy got to smoke less or maybe even quit for good. And about the kegels; you're right, how can something that's exhausted all the time help another problem.

I know, I know. But do you know how hard it is to cut back on something you're addicted to? My English isn't that worse, but what mean by my palette being worthless?

From what I can see: too much masturbation, your cock is probably exhausted - this usually comes from overtraining.

I'd say, cut back on masturbating (completely) and don't Penis Enlargement at all for 2 days, and then I'm sure you'll have a massive erection the next time you get real turned on.

smoking is a fucker to kick, i know where you're coming from... however, nicotine is not so much the issue here, its more the habit of preparing, rolling, and then smoking. i don't know what to suggest as im a multi-failed quiter, but its clear that you can cut down the amount you smoke, maybe not quit entirely, but cut down for sure... you're addicted to the habit of smoking, far more than actually smoking itself.

does this sound familiar or am i talking shit? :)

I took me several attempts to quit smoking. After the fifth or sixth attempt I did manage, successfully, to quit, and have been off, cold turkey, for over two years (I started perhaps when I was sixteen, I'm 23 now). For me, it took moving to an entirely new environment (Chicago). You see, I was addicted to smoking, talking, drinking etc. with my friends. When I moved to Chicago to attend graduate school, the absence of all-to-familiar situations, and the fact that, in Chicago, cigarettes are about $7.50 a pack, made it exceedingly easy to quit. In fact, I was amazed at how easily it came....

It's not that I'm tasting anything, but you're right: it could be better. I'd also like to get my smelling capabillity back, can smell hardly a thing :(

OMFG, and I thought we in the Netherlands were expensive. The pack of shag I buy (50g of tabacco) costs €4.75 and the rolling paper €0.2

Well, these are pre-rolled, brand cigarettes such as Camel Filters or Lucky Strikes. A pack of rolling tobacco would cost about $4, which would be, I'm estimating, about 3 Euros. Rolling papers run about $1.
 
Wow, on a side note, you are a lucky bastard. I supposedly live in the land of the free, and there is no way I could stroll the avenue and pick up a hot Holland chick for a few bucks and some of the worlds greatest weed. Legally, mind you. I had a similar experience with smoking - I smoked heavily in college and grad school and I thought I was fairly seriously hooked, though I never tried to quit. Eventually I ended living in a new city and apartment where it was just extremely inconvenient to smoke. I still did at times, but I enjoyed it less and less and found that I just didn't have any cravings. I'm sure the addiction pattern is different for everybody, but I think there's a good argument for the psychological attachment to the habitual aspects being the hardest part to get over.

My advice for the erections is the same as everyone else - stay away from the adult entertainment and wanking, take it easy with the smokes (and coffee, or really anything else - from what I've seen, too much of most substances that many of use can affect your sex life), and try getting some cardio exercise into your days. Even just some easy jogging or paced walking for a half hour a day may help stimulate a little cardiovascular rejuvination. It's impossible to say if you have a real physical problem if you don't give that stuff a shot for a while. If you see no improvement after a few weeks, then it might be time to go visit a urologist.

There was recently an article, I think on Salon.com, that discussed the fact that a lot of healthy college-aged guys were having erection problems, in many cases with no discernable physical causes. Researchers did determine that lots of the guys were having lots of 'no strings' sex, or as we used to say friends with benefits. The psychologists surmised that the total willingness on the part of the young women to have sex without any committment or pursuit by the males was changing the sexual dynamic and possibly having hormonal and psychological effects on the guys - without any chase or effort the sex drive simply wasn't there. There's just no winning for men I guess . . . No sex, we're frustrated; too much sex, we become impotent.

In a lot of the suBathmateitted cases, however, they were able to link the college lifestyle to the erection problems, including too little sleep, too much drinking, smoking, and drug use (including lots of anti-depressants and ADD meds like aderol), stress, and poor diet. Any one of those things can throw you off your game, so keep that in mind before you get too worried. From what I understand, erection problems are very rarely an actual physical dysfunction young men, so it's more than likely very correctable.

I used to love the old Benson and Hedges. However, they are extremely expensive in Chicago - circa $8.50/pack.
 
When I was doing daily pe, and really working it, I had a softer erection. I don't think the smoking helps, but the soft dick is because the tissues are tired. After a break from pe it will be hard as ever, I'm sure.

Smoking: I started smoking at the age of 14. I tried quitting a few times during my 20s and 30s, but usually went back to smoking after a week or two. THe problem was always that I'd meet friends in the pub, have a few drinks, then I just HAVE to ask someone for a cigarette. It was always most difficult to resist when someone would start rolling one in front of me. I love the smell of the tobacco, the feeling of rolling the thing, the licking of the paper, etc. etc. It's a kind of calming ritual. I KNEW that I was damaging my health, and I didn't even enjoy each cigarette. I finally quit when my wife and I had a baby. I didn't want him to grow up in with smoking parents. He's 15 now and has no intention of even trying a smoke. What made it easy to eventually quit was keeping away from other smokers - that was of course made easy by wanting to be at home with my wife and baby, plus a change at work which meant that I no longer spent all day working alongside other smokers.

If you are single, it's even harder to quit, as you do your socializing in bars, etc. and those are traditionally smoking environments. I don't think you'll find it easy to quit until you change your social habits, but it is not impossible. Nicotine patches can take the chemical carving away. You are then left with the behavior habit to shale off. And people can do that - even when they spend time with other smokers. Keep trying.

I have to say, I like the sound of your red light district girl. I have often thought I should pop over to Amsterdam for the weekend sometime. But I have been put off by worrying about being ripped off. Is it easy enough to get a good experience in the red light district, or do you think you have to be shown how by someone with experience?

I've been there for six times now. The first time wa the worst. The girl didn't let me do anything. She was just lying there and told me every minute time was almost up and that I had to cum soon.
