after a month and a half a finally measured and i noticed i have gained quite a bit :D
measured at 11th february:
EG 10.7 cm
NBPenis EnlargementL 13 cm

FG 8.6 cm
Current
EG 11.1 cm
NBPenis EnlargementL 15 cm(I am amazed by this gain :))

I love the length gains but the girth not so much. I know girth i gained slower but i would really like someone to tell me the things i need to do to speed up the gains. For lenght i am doing all sides and it takes me 30 mins (up,down,under the leg left and right,left, center, right and rotery) for girth i am doing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and ICS for 40 mins and i can say i can feel the penis expanding. So is there anything else i need to do or know so i can speed up girth gains??

I'm gonna go ahead and say this, as like many new people ask in the bodybuilding community...

If it was easy, everybody would be a big mofo. Time and patience I think can relate to your question as well.

Yes sir and that also acts as a buffer to weed out the dedicated from those who are not. If we practiced a solution that was easy and did not require work and dedication, every man would be huge. We are protected by our ability to work.
 
Mate, 0,4 cm is actually pretty good girth gaining for 1,5 months. Matter of fact It correlates very well with your 2 cm length gain. You gotta keep in mind that it's much harder to gain a cm in girth than in length since you grow in two dimensions (depth and width contrary to the only dimension of length you target with your stretches). That being said a cm gain in girth means much more meat than 1 cm in length. Do the math (I'm too lazy to do the numbers right now. lol)

I know that all i need is patiance but with this i tried to say, what to do and what not to do before and after every set of girth work. And one more thing is it safe to do girth work twice in a day for faster results??

Won't it actually cause fatigue. As much as I know when you do your length/stretching routine, it's good to be fatigued and spongy. But I think that it's the opposite with girth, I mean, you must have good EQ. If I am wrong please do tell, cause I would like to do more girth, but when I get as advanced as you say.
 
I don't think anyone needs to do girth more than once a day unless their splitting up their routine. As you said, girth work requires good EQ and going at it twice a day may not be possible. Despite all this there will always be people who can and will do more than one set of both girth and length work.

Devices will help deliver the gains faster this is why I always encourage brothers here to buy the devices like length master and the Silistrecher and the mityvac. The mityvac will make the girth gains come faster than doing so with your barehands.
