ligs exploding or w/e

I just wanna make sure Im doing them right.... so at the reverse kegel sometimes I think my ligs are exploding... is that a good or bad sign?

And, Im not able to do 50 reps yet :( Can I do 10 & then pause a lil bit and then continue....Am I loosin something when I do them this way?

I realized yesterday that I only feel this kind of lig explosion or lig pop or whatever you wanna call it, after I do the stretch after masturbating..
So, I´m asking the pros , when u guys are stretching before or after,
does it matter anyway?
I know jelqing is bad after, but I also read somewhere that stretching after masturbating is good..
