Penis Enlargement takes time and dedication no doubt - and if you have come across this forum for a quick fix, you have come to the wrong place!

You are born with what you have, and if you want to change that, it takes time and effort, alot of sweat and complete dedication. I had to start this thread because I was abit fed up with the 'How long did it take you to get to X length' 'X girth' la dee da - IT TAKES TIME! and the people who tell you they gained 2 inches in a month are liars. Please.

Penis Enlargement is very real, and is possible - you CAN gain 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth - if you put in the time.. Don't moan if its been 2 months and you've seen 'very little results' - if gaining inches was that easy, I'm pretty sure parents would be telling their children to pull their penis' - can you imagine deciding your own penis size in a matter of weeks? Sure people have 'newbie gains' but what are those? the ligs loosening a little? mis-measurement? they are not perminent or 'cemented' if thats what you want to call it.

Anyway - put in the time, put in the effort, be patient and you will see results! Rant over.
 
Adding onto that thou, what about the intensity? It's all very well doing half an hour of jelqs and 30 mins of power stretching for a year and only seeing 1/16th of an inch gain, what if you'd done phase 4 or 5 of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] program? would you have seen faster and more effective results from the get go??

no. the Phases are consecutively more intense to continuously deacclimate the penis to the stresses and trigger growth. i can't tell you at which point, but there is a line where too much stress too soon causes the penis to grow "tougher" (instead of LONGER or THICKER) as a response to the intensity. but i'm sure the p.e. vets can word it better than me.:)
 
I've never gained from jelqs and stretches alone. I'm on phase 2 but haven't seen any gains yet and have been on it for a couple of months. Just thinking that I may need some really hard techniques to get the growth
 
Ye, its been a long journey and felt like it would go a lot faster from people accounts. What helped was not measuring for a couple of months though.

hey mdoc, have you ever tried hanging? i did that for about a month every day for at least an hour and even got up to ~23 lbs.! it definitely jump started my gains. i switched to manual stretches after that month and was able to apply much more intensity stretchin than previously
i think the hanging did two things: helped loosen up the tissues and gave me an understanding of what kind of intensity i was capable of handling. it helped break that fear a little. i hate to see someone not gainin when they're putting in the work! :)

that is exactly what i have been doing since i started..i believe too many get discouraged when measuring every other week or how ever long and they don't see what they want to see on the ruler...i for one am a person that doesn't mind putting the ruler away for a few months...when i check and if it doesn't show what i like i just figure that i need to switch it up..but i prepared myself to gain...i know i have put pe on the back burner many of times..but not because i got discouraged about gains...i know it takes time..good post Thomas..i too get a little tired of the how long will it take me to gain ___ threads..but newbies are gonna ask so you have to deal with it

naw, egg, DLD measures every day(or used to), and i also measure daily!(for better or worse!:s)


it always seemed to me like i would be WAY more discouraged if i only measured once a week or month or whatever because if i DIDN'T gain, i would think," how long have i been NOT gaining with this routine? how long has it NOT been working?" feel me?
 
i find it so freaky and crazy to see ur penis grow millimeter by millimeter when i measure daily hehe, its like a controlled psychology experiment for me, little rewards help me put 110% effort into my routines. Slow and steady wins the race

Increasing intensity is definitely the key to making gains- and by intensity I mean using more force, not more volume. Thirty minutes of intense stretching would cause a lot more harm than good even for most advanced trainees.

I won a race once when I was fast and unsteady:)
