Hello, everyone.

I've been browsing the forum about the occurence of shrinkage during a workout and have come to the conclusion that there is very little one can do about it. The shrinkage of your junk when you workout is a natural response of your body, in order to make your workout more effective.
So, I'm aware I probably will never stop shrinking after/during a workout.
My question is if anyone here has experienced that their shrunk size got bigger through time as a result of their PE?

I can honestly say that I have never experienced shrinking during a workout. I did experience it post workout in the very beginning of my training journey but that was way before I started wrapping after my length workout and now I never allow myself to turtle.

Just for the sake of clarity, though, when I refer to workout I'm actually talking about exercising (as in, going out for a jog, or doing some bodyweight exercises, for example). Were you talking about the same kind of workout or were you refering to the PE workouts?

Hmmm no. Possibly could happen with flaccid gains.
 
Can't say for sure, maybe the turtling has become a bit less during / after excercises. I mainly just play Stepmania on a metal pad. Usually I combine a PE workout after an exercise session. (From what I recall, one of the original uses of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] was to target the turtling effect after weight lifting and other sporting activities.)

Interesting topic anyway, I've never done "hard" measurements about shrinkage after workouts, but of course I've felt the effects.
Really depends about the type of exercise as well I think, the percentage of shrinkage. I should at times just focus my PE sessions for PE solely, but I really enjoy making a combo of different things.

short answer yes, my minimum size when turteling is still bigger than before starting PE by a long shot also with methods that train flaccid size like [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap or lazy ass stretch you can increase it even more

Before PE I was an extreme 'turtler' after any workout that was intense enough to break into a full sweat. I swear that I'd shrink to 2" or even less, so I'd avoid any public shower if at all possible. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and my routine have greatly reduced the amount that I shrink, but it still occurs. I'm probably closer to 4 inches after hard exercising.

The more time you can invest to stretches, the better. But of course if you're working and taking a piss break, then 30 seconds is better than nothing. I usually did one or two minutes of stretches when I was working, people didn't get that suspicious. You can always say you have a big bladder or something else. :-D Naturally depending which kind of humor goes with your colleagues.

I usually strecthed after I had drained the lizard. Also help with those remaining drops that might occur, even if you have strong pelvic muscles.

Sure if one has the time, but bathroom stretches are a way to stay into the game and keep elongated and not to have a PE-routine everytime you need to piss.

I think the idea of piss pulls is more how much time do you have in the bathroom before someone notices and this will be different for everyone. If yu can get away into the bathroom for 5 minutes without raising eyebrows then shoot for 5 minutes of stretching. If it is less, say 2 minutes, take more frequent bathroom breaks, any eyebrows raised them will simply think you have a small bladder. :)

Manual training in the beginning is a great way to learn more about your individual tolerances- and there's no training tool yet developed which has the versatility of the human hand, but devices can be used with very good effects.

I never turtle Al, I train hard and definitely feel the affects of my work outs but never to the affect of turtling.
Imo turtling should be avoided at all costs.

I avoid turtling at all costs, I never wear boxer briefs anymore because they turtle my dick up even if i buy a larger size. I found a comfortable boxer for me which are not made of cotton but instead polyester. They're made for working out but they're the most comfortable boxers for anything. Sometimes I don't wear underwear if I ran out of my boxers.

Thumbs up! It's a conspiracy, tight underwear to make men extinct! :cool: Not really, but I think most underwear sold to men nowadays is boxer brief kind. Or briefs, basically cock stranglers. I have some tighter boxers, but the leg part is a bit longer, so it's OK, while not optimal. Mainly just wearing underwear if I go out, which lately has been very little. At home no need for underwear, just usually some loose sweatpants or something.
I actually ordered some loose leg boxers, I hope they'll be nice. Can't find such underwear easily where I live, especially if price is taken into consideration.

It's not really that I believe turtling prevents gains or even dismisses gains but it's just become uncomfortable for me to have too much pressure on the penis. I like having my penis flaccid and hanging. Althought when I wear pants sometimes you can see the boxers, thats when I may go commando or just get boxer briefs no matter how much i dislike them. I recommend finding polyester boxers, not boxer briefs, like boxers that are made of polyester or even silk. I got some from target from c9 Champion brand and they were cheap, like $2 for each so i got like 6 and they're so great for exercising as well. But i may buy a stealth [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] if i start wearing boxer briefs again. Or I need to get a proper cock ring in order to stay a bit hard for when wearing boxer briefs so that im not turtling.

In your experience do the cock rings provide engorgement to the penis even with tight pressure from underwear?
 
I haven't tried a cockring together with tight underwear, but I would imagine that there's engorgement. Maybe even too much, if you're also wearing somewhat tight or snug trousers.
I've only wore my Jnaja several times while going commando and I feel it's good as an All Day Cockring, if correctly sized.

You can "squeeze out" the drops by pushing with your finger from under your balls.
