Lenght or girth to start with or both?

I am 6.5 nbel and 5.5 eg, and I would like to include pumping in my routine as well as clamping, and use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]/ads too, to stimulate my penis in different ways.

My goal is to reach a 8 nbpel and 6.5 eg.

My question is do you think I can include all this in my routine (pumping, clamping, streching)
or do you think the best way to do it is to focus on either lenght or girth at the beginning?

What is important is that you do manual exercise. All of the methods above are more of a supplement to penis enlargement. If you are adding these things to a solid Manual Penis ENlargement program than I think it will be an awesome workout.

Yes I really think nothing could replace manual Penis Enlargement.
I see other devices as a way to make the direct/immediate effect of manual pe last and optimize the results.
So the answer is focus on both lengh and girth at the same time I guess.
