That's just because I've got so much skin on my scrotum, so it kindof bundles up at the bottom. My base girth is about 5.75 if I remember it correctly, was a while ago since I measured. Difficult to get a good measurement with all that skin

I would say increase the weight some, and / or when you hang do Reverse Kegels they are SHIT HOT, get the ligs out to their max.
Also do the 'A' stretch, pull hard but dont hold the stretch....o no keep pulling say every second.. pull.....pull....pull in quick jerks, hard...not too hard.
Keep doing that making sure you hit the ligs, you may have to get into a suitable position.
Basiclly all you need to do is up the intensity now.
Doing the extra weight will stress your ligs more, and doing the quick blasters [A stretch] will wear/tear/fatigue the ligs so they get loosened and start to soften up again.
