I have been feeling a knot or some kind of weight between in the coccix area and its like its gettin more easy to feel and it feels like an inner penis stucked in there and i have the sensation that i could stretch that part if i exercise whit stretchings maybe 3 or four inches are waiting for me to get them out:)if i start whit some kegels i can feel the whole thing moving..:O

If I understand you correctly, you said when you tried kegels, it made if difficult for you to ejaculate?
 
That odd knotted feelings can mean a few things, based on those who experienced it before:
  1. Too much kegel reps. There' a range limit not to exceed daily. 120 short bursts of 1 second, and no more than 60 long bursts of 10 seconds. Too much of a good thing is not a great thing. This is coming from the urologists.
  2. Early sign of stressed pelvic or coccyx (tailbone) from sitting too long without proper mobility.
  3. Too much stimulation from the sexual organs, directly or indirectly. You don't have to touch it to make it excited. Ever heard of micro orgasms? Happens for male and females.
  4. Worst case scenario, among dozen of other possibilities, prostate cancer. Father-in-laws went through this with similar knotted feelings.
