But anyway, on to my main question. Never really did kegels before. In fact, I never had sex that often until I really started to work on my 'game'. Well, now i'm actually getting laid a liiiitle bit more. One problem, freakin' pre-mature ejac almost everytime. Sometimes its under a minute, which is sad, sometimes its 3. Usually i wait 5 mins, then reload again.

But I know kegeling can help stop pre-mature ejac b/c it strengthens your pc muscle thus holding back cumming. I hear that if u have sex on a regular basis, like few times a week, you get used to the feeling of sex, and last longer.


My question:

Well doing kegels dont really help premature ejaculation, but knowing how to do a kegel does. Confising? Let me explain. Basically you need to practice how to do a reverse kegel. A reverse kegel is what helps with Pre E. What you do is: when you feel an orgasm coming on do a reverse kegel. This should give you some more staying time. Continue the process as needed. If it helps practice this technique at home while masturbating until you get he hang of it. So you will see results as soon as you get the hang of it. It take some people a bit of time to figure it out so keep with it.
 
Do a reverse kegel ? A reverse kegel is basically pushing out, like when u want to take a piss, right ? So i dont understand how that helps. I'd think you would want to do a kegel, so that you hold in the cum, not push it out, right ?

Nope. When a man is about to cum the muscle the kegel work out becomes tense because it is getting ready to help push the cum out. So by doing a kegel before for you cum will help you shoot farther adn stronger but not help you "hold it in". A reverse kegel relaxes the muscle that has become tense , allowing you to keep going till it tenses up again.

...but have you done it, practiced it and mastered it? The newbie KEGEL routine has never been improved upon because it is perfect in it's use and application.

If you learn, practice and apply the kegel routine, as it is laid out, then perhaps the rest of your gains will follow suit.

Your pre-mature problem is directly related to your weak pelvic floor muscles, using the newbie kegel routine you will solve all of your problems for what you are looking for advice on.

Use the kegel routine in addition to the Penis Enlargement routine and by George you got something.
