From a young age i have had increasingly worse erections until the point of impotency. I realized later on that a obsessive adult entertainment addiction and extreme anxiety was causing this, and then it began a mental game. I saw a physio therapist for a bit about 6 months ago, and she showed me that I had hypertension, and that because of stress my pelvic floor would constantly be wound tight to the point of muscle deterioration; and then directed me towards methods to release tension. Now because I am conscious about it and practice breathing techniques, it has relaxed alot more; although there are still many times when I notice its tight.
I started doing kegels about 2 months ago in order to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles to help combat ed, although I recently stumbled upon information saying you shouldn't kegel if you have hypertension, because it increases overall tension. I thought it would work the other way in which deliberate tensing for periods of time would help me relax afterwards. Nevertheless i am confused and looking for answers. I also read somewhere that doing revers kegels after regular kegel routines helps relax the pelvic floor after stressing It, but I'm not sure about anything. Advice anyone???
 
Basically the kegels are flexing of the muscle and the reverse kegels are unflexing of this muscle. If you want your muscle to relax- you should not do the kegels I think. If you want the muscle stronger- then flex it with kegels. Ok, you've had some experience with kegels, you said- what is the feedback you can give? How has kegeling worked for you?

The advices I can give you are to:
1- Start to relax yourself. You've sure had some stressful days there, but what you should aim at now is to be clear with yourself and relax. If I was you I would go to everyone I've had bad experience with and apologize (do not run away from the problems you had- get back and solve them- only then will they stop chasing you). It is true that all is in your head and once you sort everything out your erection problems should be solved. Start believing in something- if not GOD, then believe in yourself and that you have the power to end this nightmare.

2- Just start Peing and kegeling to strengthen your PC muscle and have the woodies of steel.

off topic really but hypertension is high blood pressure so probably a change of diet could help you lower it, ? google vegetarian or vegan diet, - Just trying to help :) or even cutting down on salty products and help so look it up :)
 
I meant the term for having really tense pelvic floor muscles, I forgot what it was called but I thought that was it. Thanks anyways man
 
a. get control over your kegel muscles. try to differentiate them. hold them very strong(ok to use abs at first) and then release them conciously.

b. do reverse kegels. push into your pelvic floor and release it.

experience the differences.

ask yourself: Am I relaxed now? (ask:How is it when you are?)
 
i have the same problem bro there are not many people that understand you i think what we need to do is only do reverse kegels and then after some months we can incorporate standar kegels but the problem is that because of years of 2 much using these pelvic muscles they now are in spasm.. let me ask you something you used to be a clencher? because i was i allways wanted to cum as fast as possible and i would sqeeuze so hard and i think that didnt do much good now when i try to reverse kegel and touch my head/glans i immediatly automaticly sqeeuze rly hard or you could say standard kegel also bro you wouldnt believe me.. if i put my dick in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in 30 seconds i ejaculate without using my hands... fkin frustrating not to mention stretching when dld says that his pelvic muscles protest a bit when stretching u wouldnt want to know what my pelvic muscles do i am rly tired of life because i also have problems with the bathroom and when i have to pee and in that moment i have to take a dump i cant just pee or i shit my pants... u see how fuked my pelvic floor is?

Doing nothing with the pc/bc muscle wont help you too. Its about getting control. Getting the difference between a very hard contraction and none.
Flexing the muscles beyond there capacity conciously and then releasing slowly.
Also try to massage the base of the penis up to the point between anus and penis and try to massage as deep as possible.

There are also some exercises on the net that help with the pelivic floor.

finally there are physios that are specialized in treating this problem.
 
Kegels and Reverse Kegels, when mastered, are the gateway to gains, erection strength, better orgasms, shorter refractory period and lasting longer in the sack!

Become obsessed with them. Do them with every breath. Do them as you drive, play, pray, walk, work, whatever...constantly do them!
 
Umm, DLD, no offense or anything but that's this guy's problem. He has a history of uncontrolled kegeling and an inability to relax his PC muscle, leading to its deterioration.
