Hey everyone,

So, I just started PE and I've been doing something called a JP90, which is basically 90 days of conditioning your penis through warmups with a hot cloth followed by stretches, helicopter shakes, jelqs and rotation stretches prior to wet jelqing and V-Jelqing.

I uploaded one, but since I shot it on my phone vertically, it got squished when it saved/formatted to fit the standard size. I may re-shoot a session or is there a way to format it so it doesn't stretch?
 
Make sure that you're creating 'waves' in your tunica as you do jelqs. Try to trap a good amount of blood in front of your grip so you can actually feel the tissues getting stretched out. Its better to do fewer good jelqs than more poor ones

You will feel an engorgement along the length of your shaft. It should get slightly fatter, redder, harder, than when you started

I would suggest when doing them is kegeling and then clamp the base with your free hand then perform the jelq. Kegel everytime and hold it until you finish the rep, I do them slow and tight, after 20 you'll see and feel a difference, especially in the head.

Thanks, so what order do I do it in?
1. Jelq up to glans...HOLD
2. Clamp base with other hand..
3. Kegel?

or do I clamp first, then kegel, then jelq?

Also, how do I create "waves" in the tunica? is there an instructional video for that?

Lastly, what should I do if I'm completely flaccid while jelqing (like I can't reach 45%+ erection level.
 
Erection level is important for creating waves, and microtears which lead to increased blood flow (stronger erection). When you have this momentum going you will find it much easier to achieve your expansion. The important part is gathering a good amount of blood before pushing it to the glans, so kegel kegel kegel for better erection. Don't be afraid of doing your jelqs firmly as long as you've warmed up first by using heat and doing a lower intensity set
