Thanks for the Support guys! Im also doing the Kegels which really do work! it is just as much mental as it is a physical connection. Thats a good suggestion dont just masturbate but use that time to work with kegels as well. good stuff!

I tried the whole don't masturbate thing and I swear after day 3 I would fuck just about anything.
Which I did, and it happened to be an ugly ass bitch, as soon as I got drunk...

I didn't masturbate once for a whole year, honest! A long time ago though, when I was a teenager. Well, I never was too filled with testosterone I guess, but more than that I had anxiety over several matters.

Yeah dude. You've got to strangle the monkey every now and then because while you're ejaculating you'll be at your max size (unclamped/unpumped granted). From my perspective masturbation is beneficial in Penis Enlargement as long as the volume of your load doesn't decrease. As long as you bust a big, creamy load you're in the clear. Once it gets small and clear you ought to cut back. But that's just my opinion don't listen to me.
 
Everyone is so right! I should have worded that better. I meant masturbate but utilize the Kegel to go even further. I still have alot to learn but my dicks in good hands!
