Hi guys, I'll give a brief run down of my P.E history so far.
I brought a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Hercules[/words] in April struggled to use it as am staying at parents for time being. I did use it now and again but used to give me major sperm chord pain I think due to over pumping. In fact can someone please clear up for me once and for all how far I should've been pumping up to if I have an erect length of 5.2??? Some say it went by bone pressed erect length which is 6.2 but I was pumping to 6 inches and I was in extreme sperm chord pain?? But like I said my erect length is 5.2 so didn't know optimum pump to do.
I moved out my parents and started flat sharing, I decided to buy a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X20[/words] as heard that may help with the pain I was getting , couldn't use it at all as I was sharing a flat and was kept getting rushed in the bathroom.
I'm back at my parents again for a couple of months and have decided to buy a vacutech thick walled elliptical air pump which I will use when everyone has gone to bed

Was just wondering as it's an air pump is there any good routine to follow?
Also I've heard NEVER to pump above 5HG, so how long should I be pumping for on a lower HG level?
I am fairly new to all this. Although I've been a member for a while my P.E training has never really taken off as it's been stop/start experience so far.
Am getting very pissed off with it to be honest, I realise it's not an overnight miracle and I know I have to be committed and I know if I start seeing some results I will continue but getting very disheartened that I brought my first pump in April and have not really had any good experience so far.
So if someone can give me some advice on a little routine to do with my vacutech I'd be really grateful.
By the way my stats are erect length 5.2, erect girth is 4.5, bone pressed erect length is 6.2.... I have quite a big fat pad lol.
I'm not greedy and any gains would be awesome but my ideal size would be 7.5 length X 5.8 girth.
So just over an inch gain in both length and girth would be enough for me.
I'm sure that's attainable....right???
