Hello forum. I'm new here, and I'm about to start my journey. I've read most of the sticky topics but i got lost fast and I'm not sure if I understood the exercises.
I'm planning to use this program:
1. 2-3 minutes of hot wrap (going to use hot water + toilet paper)
2. 30 sec stretches straight, down, up, left right (correct me if I'm wrong, I do the ok finger pose, stick it near penis's tip and just pull it out easy. in time I increase the force)
3. jelq: ok finger pose, grabing penis as close to abs as I can and moving to penis tip (like stretches) in 2 sec time.
I will also increase jelq number in time
4. warm down: 2-3 minutes of hot wrap.
I will also make kegels when i remember during day time. (kegels= contracting the muscles that make you stop peeing, right?)
I'm going to train 5 days a week. I didn't get how you guys measure your penis, but my stats are 5,75 lenght and 4,75 girth. I would love getting one extra inch on each of them.
I need to know if this routine is going to work, or what is better to do. This is all I had to say, if you got any tips/advices to share, go on please. But don't make it too complex, as english isn't my main language.
