Start by counting your strokes. Great benefits come from 3 second jelqs. Start at the base, jelq up to your glans while counting to 3. Should be able to get 20 jelqs per minute, 10 minutes is 200, 60 minutes is 1200. Once you get confident and comfortable, an hour is easily doable everyday. Some go for 20 or 30 minutes, but like BBB said, the more the better. Work your way up daily by 10 or 20 or weekly and you'll see. It gets to be fun.
