Jelqing twice a day

Not at all, once a day is fine. I used to go twice but them I started working smarter and I can get it done in one session.
 
Currently I am doing in the morning and at night. Could you elaborate on working smarter? Are you just doubling the number of jelqs in the single session or what?

He means its very easy to think what your doing is working and forget to make sessions intense. No half assed sessions. Your penis can handle more than you think so you can't waste time if you want growth.

So by making let's say my morning routine more intense and perhaps increasing the number a little, it'd be more beneficial than spreading it out twice in a day? That's neat.
 
A big thing to me that made a lot of sense in my earlier days was doing mini jelq sessions every time I went to the bathroom. I would try to get in 100 jelqs every 1.5 hours. It only took 5 minutes and it kept my pump going all day.
 
Its a lot like lifting weights. Go to any gym in america and shore there are guys that are in decent shape or huge. Then you have guys that are lean who understand the science of muscle growth.

The big guys will look the some the next year while the guy who understand he needs to bust his ass looks like a different person from the changes. The lean guy will continue to make small changes and the other guys will stay the same. And this trend will continue with the two groups of guys.

I'm that lean guy that has made drastic changes cause I get what it takes. While I see the meatheads that look the same and never change. They continue to do the same shit with out making it more intense/smarter thinking they will keep gaining.

Its all easy its just the few of us who go about it in a smart fashion. More is not better in Penis Enlargement. I have gone from sessions two hours daily. Some of it was intense and a lot of it was wasted time and periods of gains here & there then stopped for a VERY long time. Later they turn into an hour sessions and gains restarted. Then it became intense 30-40 min. sessions and gains continued. Now I only do session 20-30 min and I make every second count.
