Ok ive been doing erect jelqs for 3 weeks and noticed some temp results after a session like .5 in legnth but when I go to have sex later at nite the other day I was back to normal size and had a hard time keep an erection...couldt it have been becuz I had worked out earlier that day i dont understand becuz every other day towards the night after a day of my work oyt I can get hard no problem...also do the temp gains I see after a workout any chance those becone pernament
 
Yea I do a lot of kegels its jus wierd I kind felt like I lost a qrter inch in legnth but my penis feels so much fuller like if I gained alittle girth but I had a great work out the other day wich I gained half inch but it seems to only be a temp gain...it was kind of a let down but I gotta keep working on it... I mainly want girth wich is why im focusing on erect jelqs...any advice tips?
 
I'm all about girth too. My advice to you would be to pe until you get expansion then heal while erect. That's what I did to cement my flaccid gains. As you can see most of my flaccid gains have been girth.

Consistency is what will make the temporary gains stay. You need to stay consistent for at least 6 months. If you can do this, you will see gains that will inspire you to train further.
