I've been Penis Enlargement-ing for 3 yrs and this is an exercise I recently developed last June and it helped me gain 1/4 girth in 6 months.
I call it Jelq Compression n Bends for obvious reasons.
I do this 4 times a week.
I do 150 jelqs total for this exercise.
After each Jelq I'll hold at the base and glan for 1 sec.
the Jelqs should take between 4 and 5 secs.
After 10 jelqs I'll kegel and then hold for 1 minute compressing the top hand down while pushing up with the bottom hand.
While holding it for a minute I'll make little circular motions with both hands to move the blood around.
So I get erect, jelq, do 10 kegeling blood as I lose my erection to keep it plump.
Then I'll get erect again and do 10 more Jelqs ect ect
After a set of 50 jelqs I'll do 6 erect bends 45 sec each. I'll do 2 Down, 2 Up and 2 Side. After each bend I'll keep holding do a quick kegel and do a slinky for 20 secs.
So I'll get erect and do 1 downward bend 45 sec, kegel quick while still holding top hand near glan, then do a slinky motion for 20 secs.
Let go of top grip first then the bottom one and count to 10and then do the other downward bend switching hands.
So I'm getting erect for each bend.
Also for each bend I'll grip @ the glans first, kegel, then the base and hold for 10 secs then I'll start the bend.
Then I'll do another 50 Jelqs and then bends ect.
It takes me 2 hours to do this but I think it's been worth it as it finally got me over the 6 inch mid girth mark.
