Hard to say. I don't know why they refer to it as a "Medical [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words]". Too many of these device makers claim 'medically approved'. The fact is: no urologist is going to recommend any of these devices to anyone except under a few extreme circumstances. The American Board of Urologists does not (and will never) support the idea of penis enlargement except for extreme cases such as micro-penis or other ailments. (A smaller than average penis has never been considered a medical condition: so "if it ain't broke, why break it?" is their attitude.)

This was the way they got medical approval, becoming a tool for peyronies. Does it work, I would say yes but it would take longer than doing erect work for correction.

Well I was just wondering about it. It does say there were increases in length and girth throughout the study so it would be a medical study which actually shows the penis can be grown. I think it's done so the ligament doesn't re-attach rather than to actually increase the size of the cock.

The ligament isn't usually fully cut. it's weakened. The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] can then have a greater influence on it and it helps to prevent natural shrinkage from scar tissue which would be typical when a ligament is damaged. Understand that *any* continuous force on the penis will cause it to grow in response.

They are hedging their bets by using natural penis enlargement, the very thing they say does not work, to make their surgeries appear to have worked. Can someone say HYPOCRISY?
