I'd probably take the penis too. I think that body is possible in a year. However the marathon that is Penis Enlargement... years and years.

LOL....sorry guys, no offense here....but how the hell can you look at this guy and say he is not on steroids? I have seen SMALLER guys in WORSE shape that juice over a gram of test a week, not to mention deca and dbol! Unless you know steroids, ran steroids, or at least been in that social loop, you can't just say "oh yeah he's natural" Steroids don't make you huge, they turn over protein faster and help you recover faster and for fat loss steroids the only that even have some properties in them to ASSIST in weight loss is tren, clen, T3. Steroids (if used to bulk) make you a bigger version of you, this guy could very well have been a 110 pound skin and bone weakling, and then juiced up a few cycles and is in the shape you see in the pic. Then again, maybe he is all natural and good genetics. My only point is there is NO WAY IN HELL you can just look and say "NO, no steroids for him!?!?!"

Exactly the point I was making. Steroids are not magical, far from it ... one must train and have good diet otherwise nada. I've played rugby with guys who were 'juiced to the gills' yet they didnt look like Arnie as some morons would assume it would make them look like .. makes you laugh doesnt it. Usually the guys who know very little and yet think they know so much and is also those who misinform youngsters in the gym who than injure themselves or OD on the juice, which in some men with undiagnosed heart problems can be lethal in insane amounts ... so tip here is RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH and than do it again before you take a steroid ... dont just read and copy what someone says on a BB forums, thats bad idea and aswell what the local gym-rat has to say ... even though he looks like the incredible hulk ... chances are he's got multiple undiagnosed problems that will later crop up in life.

Thinking, knowing, doing and than achieving are very different things. I bet whoever this guy is in the photo has worked his arse off for years in order to look like that. It takes a few years to build a foundation if your not a naturally built guy already. Diet, training and rest all play a role. The most important thing though .... ENJOY it and have satisfaction in what you do, its self improvement I see it as ... not for the women but for myself. Also studies suggest (I will search them out) that stronger men actually live longer.

He's not on roids.

He's 5'4. He goes by the internet name Tinytrip.

His entire body is well proportioned. Including his legs.

Thanks for the links, the guy has done great and a true inspiration for the average joe to make a change to themselves. Is it possible he could be tempted to visit here and post? just asking.

Also he's using an old modeling trick in his pose. His lower half is turned to the side and his torso is turned facing the camera head-on. This creates an exaggerated T-shape effect.

Nothing wrong with being built like a Gymnast buddy, they have some of the highest functional strength of any athlete as they train solely on bodyweight alone.

He is not even close to steroid user. I saw an asian guy at my gym last night. He is 5'6 but his shoulder is 3 times my width but his nipples were pointing downward. It's bitchy tits.

Again assuming the big misconception that all steroid users will look like Dorian Yates, they do not. Steroid users can have nothing if they dont work out and allot if they diet and exercise accordingly. The guy in the picture has a body that looks great and could be like ones that steroid users have from drug abuse. Dont assume that steroids = A Dorian Yates body because they do not.

More people than most realize also seem to think that if a guy has ANY muscle he must be on "steroids". Quite humorous....just like the new skinny and tanned craze with women. Women lately seem to be all giggly over tanned, skinny guys.

I Used to be a tanned skinny guy. Damn I miss my twenties!

Yup, he is pretty freaking shredded! legs need some work but pretty much perfect.

Superb lean in proportion physique. This is like the Grecian-Roman god ideal male body looked like from the statues they had and incl the great Apollo and other heroes. You'll always have guys comment negatively on blokes like this such as ''He isn't that large'' blah blah but they talk with jealousy.

His size will be more impressive than a larger buy because he is so lean and has the muscles in proportion, unlike the typical drug abused bodybuilder who looks a freaking mess with muscle slabbed on anywhere ... that isn't sexy but this is, in a non-gay manner I mean this ... I have saved this guys pix and aspire to become as lean with the muscular appearance.

In places he's that sharp you could cut yourself.
