Basically clamping my penis(w/ clamp at base) jelqing and kegels, after about 10 good jelqs at 80-100% erection, clamp around head with free hand- (when I do this my cock feels like it will explode) and hold for some time( usually after, It will, my erection die down a bit and repeat.

I would be stolked if this is actually an excersice, like on of the major ones every one says for girth.

Sounds like Slow Squash Jelqs with clamps. It's really hard to come up with new exercises as much has already been invented. I have created something like 150 exercises and there are the exercises I did not come up with, with variations I would say there is over 500 exercises. Every now and again guys drop some incredible new stuff but again, a rarity. I have a few I have not dropped yet but I will:) Hint, cross legged jelq is underestimated but when someone finally realizes the potential it will be the new and hot for awhile and then it will fade to the next new and hot.
 
So in sense these are better for girth than regular jelqing?( or even just jelqing clamped) ? I remeber you saying top girth excersice was that and dld blasters. Are these all on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words]. I did girth work for at least 3 weeks starting in june, about the 2nd week. From like 5 1/8- 51/4, I can get my girth to about 5 3/4 in about 20 mins. or so, x's 2 daily. But I laid off this week and it's back to 5 1/8- ouch! Is it true 6 months at least to see girth gains(I already now the answer I think). thankx for the r-e-ply.

Girth can take a while because your dealing with some tunica stretching and for some this can be frustrating. For me, during my first few months, girth was difficult. I needed to step up the intensity and add some new, more powerful moves.
