Just because you had stronger erections with more rest doesn't necessarily mean that it's better for gains. Then I had to take a couple of forced days off and noticed that I grew more during those days off and my erections were rock solid and DEFINITELY 100%. What I had thought was full erection was not, as I was larger and had more sensation when rested. I now know that I was overtraining.
SO... my new routine will definitely consist of more rest.
When I start back up I am going on a 1 on 1 off workout for girth. Havent decided what the program for length will be yet.

Another thing, you can't help but think even if the fatigue just temporarily decreases the erection power, Penis Enlargement'ing to that state over a long period of time might have some permanent effects.
That's one thing I've argued against before. That after going from an intense routine to a moderate one, some notice extra gains. But this could be possible just due to your dick recovering and going back to full strength, giving the appearance of gains. Gains might not immediately follow from tissue being stretched. It's my belief that the actual gains were made during the time you were going all out.jakb said:I think you might have missed that I also GREW during those rest times. Something I had slowed down on when doing exercises everyday. I didnt just grow back to normal, but beyond my norm. I would notice that I continually grew more each day up to 3 or 4 days after my last workout and then it would start to decrease slightly. Even though there was a slight decrease, it was still bigger than before when I would workout everyday. Therefore this leads me to believe that rest was definitely beneficial to my workouts.
