pe's one day on one day off routine and if there is what is your results been like? does ne body feel this would be better than 5 on 2 off or a 6 on one off. really what i'm asking is there ne1 that pe's every other day with good results
 
Id like to know how many rest days people take, as I think I have over done it because last night I couldnt manage more than a 50% erection with a gorgeous new Italian girl.....how gutted am I! The thing is I had previously taken a week of due to a ripped frenelum so I was shocked that I couldnt get it up after only two Penis Enlargement sessions.
 
I am curious about this question as well. As far as the heavy girth gainers are you doing the One on One off schedule or are you doing 3 and 1 or 5 and 2 or something like that?
 
At one time I would do an everyday girth and length training. I wouldnt have alot of trouble getting an erection I thought, but I would require a little more stimulus for a full erection. If I had a real intense workout and went to have sex within a couple of hours after I would have trouble. Would get about 50-60% erect. After that I was fine I thought.

Then I had to take a couple of forced days off and noticed that I grew more during those days off and my erections were rock solid and DEFINITELY 100%. What I had thought was full erection was not, as I was larger and had more sensation when rested. I now know that I was overtraining.

SO... my new routine will definitely consist of more rest.

When I start back up I am going on a 1 on 1 off workout for girth. Havent decided what the program for length will be yet.

Just because you had stronger erections with more rest doesn't necessarily mean that it's better for gains. But yea, if it's getting in the way of sex than I sure as hell would cut down too :)

Another thing, you can't help but think even if the fatigue just temporarily decreases the erection power, Penis Enlargement'ing to that state over a long period of time might have some permanent effects.

I think you might have missed that I also GREW during those rest times. Something I had slowed down on when doing exercises everyday. I didnt just grow back to normal, but beyond my norm. I would notice that I continually grew more each day up to 3 or 4 days after my last workout and then it would start to decrease slightly. Even though there was a slight decrease, it was still bigger than before when I would workout everyday. Therefore this leads me to believe that rest was definitely beneficial to my workouts.

I have to believe that the lack of strength for most people erections are either weak PC muscles due to undertraining or fatigued pc muscles due to training.
 
I used to do girth everyday with length about every 3rd session. Then I started having major problems with even getting an erection. I've since switched to a two on one off routine, and am experiencing greater gains and erections on command since doing so. I actually started losing girth when I was doing it every day so that definitely had to change.
 
Barring outside interference, here's my schedule:

Day 1: length and girth exercises (clamped lower-shaft horse squeezes and ATS rollers right now)
Day 2: length and light jelqing for 10 minutes

repeat...
 
i try to do one day on, one day off. as far as gains doing this schedule - i'm not sure i've only been doing it a about 4 months. before that i pe'd very inconsistently. I'm not sure whether my 9 x 6 has come through Penis Enlargement or just naturally (I'm only 17). Probably a combination of both i suppose...
 
As long as you combine the girth work with jelqs, it can be done everyday.
Jelq is extremly powerful!

Im one of those that can do girth everyday anyway, because I do it just before I go to bed. And I do it till my dick is hard to get erect. And in the morning it gets erect again, and I jelq at 100% as usual.

That's one thing I've argued against before. That after going from an intense routine to a moderate one, some notice extra gains. But this could be possible just due to your dick recovering and going back to full strength, giving the appearance of gains. Gains might not immediately follow from tissue being stretched. It's my belief that the actual gains were made during the time you were going all out.
You might be right also, I'm just giving another idea here... I've faithfully stuck with an intense routine pretty much for my entire 14 months of Penis Enlargement, and it's worked well for me...

Hey guys,

I've been doing a one off one on routine an gained 0.8 NBPenis EnlargementL in like four months. I haven't gained much girth though. but apart from jelqing and a few ulis I never did much of a girth workout anyway. and with a 5.6 " girth I don't feel like having to gain much.
so all in all I think such a routine is great for length gains but the girth is a different thing.
 
well swm works girth every other day and he has great gains. maybe you should work length every day and girth every other day. for now though i'm doing one on one off
