does your flaccid stretch length eventually become your erect length?

Doing penis length exercises will make your penis longer, yes.

Usually my flaccid length gains were indicators that my erect gains were on the way! Best of luck bro!

DLD's expressive stretching is amazing.....I feel like I've already pulled some inner dick out with minimal effort I told myself i'd stop when I hit 250 in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or roughly 9.5, but it's so habit forming and feels good that when I get there, instead of just doing maintenance, i'll probably continue on.

Yup flaccid stretch will always be just short of erect length but it is relative to how much you gain. So if you are 7" stretched and 6.5" erect eventually you will be 7.5" stretched and 7" erect, and so. It is a constant process of gains, cementing and converting.
