To put it bluntly, I'm sick and tired of 5"! So, I've finally decided to take this matter into my own hands (pun), and make an account here. My goal is about 7" (My lucky number). But, I don't want to even start anything unless I know whether my goal is attainable or not.
If the answer to the latter question is "Yes, it is attainable", then what is the best, most effective, modern, and most efficient route to reaching this goal? As I am a total newbie at this particular form of exercise, the more specific you may kindly be the better. To clarify: What is the best way to reach my goal at this point in time?
Yes, I have looked at multiple articles. Yes, I have seen multiple routines for different types of people and scenarios. There are so many out there I have no idea where to start, and the process seems intimating aswell as daunting. So here I am! I appreciate any insight, and am looking forward to making this first step
