I am a firm believer in a split routine and super-sets. I will do length work in the AM as I am tired and stretching takes little concentration. I save my girth work for the evening when I am fully awake as it takes good concentration. The rest between the two works great also, never have issues with EQ. I also super-set all exercises. If I am training girth I will work my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] into the session, if I am training length I will supplement manual stretching with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] extending. We all have 24 hours in the day, I try to use every minute to my advantage.
