If your current routine isnt intense your not giving your penis a reason to adapt to stress. Just as muscle, your body doesnt not want to build muscle, your body gets stronger and build it to protect you from future stress. If your someone who is not gaining maybe your not doing the exercises intense. No matter how long you going do anything in Penis Enlargement treat each rep like you can only do one for your Penis Enlargement session and I promise your WO will be more intense and you will see gains in the future. If your not doing something intense your penis fells like it has no reason to grow to be ready for future stress. Let me use a example(we all have met a guy like this in our lives.The guy who can out bench press guys his weight and even guys that are bigger.But for some reason this guy doesnt have a chest that looks like he can.) Even though he may be strong the weight he is lifting isnt stressful to his muscle so they have no reason to grow. When it comes to Penis Enlargement treat it the some way. No matter how intense your work is if your penis has gotten used to it you might not grow. Stop slaving away for hours and figure out how to make it more intense and save some time. You can do the same thing for hours but if there is no intensity your penis has zero reason to get bigger to be ready for next time you want to do something that intense. SO MAKE IT INTENSE:)

I definitely don't understand this example pertaining to P.E. If the gentlemen is stronger to out Bench-Press his weight-class and above why does he have to show a chest-size bigger than his competition?

P.E. is about creating elongation of the suspensory ligaments, the tunica and the enlarging of the cavernosa chambers, not bigger Muscles.
 
It is just a theory,no need to bash my example. there are some guys who complain about not gaining and this was strictly advice for them before they asked it as a question later. and I used the muscle example because no matter what a guy can lift, its all about stress if that doesnt have any connection to Penis Enlargement........SORRY for trying to help.
 
Thanks for your help I have never gained but I know Penis Enlargement works or I would not be here it is just a matter of time for me.

DLD I have took your advice and gone back to basics I am doing DLD fake arm exercise and some Mandingo stretches I have been doing girth also thanks DLD for you great help.

Can someone tell me why the mandingo stretch hurts the head or my penis?
I squeeze it hard because my head feel like it is slipping I use baby powder to help my grip.

I wasn't bashing your theory, I just didn't see the correlation with your example. You are correct about increase the intensity to maximize growth, and remember to give time for recovery in order for the repair and growth to happen...
