I have just started experimenting with the BIB hanger. Currently I am hanging my third 20 minute set at 2.5 lbs with the BIB starter. I hung the second set with TheGRIP vacuum hanger. I am hanging SD, laying on my bed.
There's not much of a difference that I can feel at this weight between the two, but I can tell that the areas of stress are somewhat different. The BIB is actually pulling the CC chambers themselves, whereas TheGRIP is pulling the outside layers (tunica) rather than actually gripping the chambers. It took me a little bit to figure out the difference between the two pulls, so they seem to have related pulls. However, the thing about the BIB is that I can actually feel my CC chambers delightfully tingling as they are actually getting pulled in the stretch, whereas with TheGRIP it seems that the internal part (septum) and the outer tunica take the brunt of the pull.
