Many Newbies,like me,ask themselves:
How many Gains won the Penis Enlargement-Experts here and the others in their Penis Enlargement-Career?The results of this Poll have not just to motivate the Newbies,like me,but also let the other
Members here to compare who gains how many,so that they can see,who has the biggest Gains and which method this person used/use,to see,which Penis Enlargement-method or
Penis Enlargement-Combination gives the greatest Gains.But The Poll have also the application to feed our interest.

So scribe please ALL OF YOU your Penis-Data before and now,your Training schedule (the current and the old,I mean the one with which you begun),Training-Versions
(Jelq,Streches,Hangs,Clamps,Mummys etc.),but also your Trainings-intensity (like how many pounds you use/d by hanging,or how long you stretch/hang or how strong/long you was/are jelqing/clamping etc.) and the claimed Time per Training-Session/-Day and how many Restdays you had/have.
It would be also nice when everybody would write his own wish-measure.

Because of the fact that I´m a newbie,I can just write my Start-Measure and Im gonna to make the basic-program.

there still is no poll. I suppose you think this thread is a poll, but it isnt.
There is a way to create a poll when you start the thread (aka a voting system).
If people would start writing it would just take too much time and it would be such a disorder everywhere.

My tip re-create the thread and make the poll (make the voting system available) if it's research you are after.
