the forums are free. The pay site has specific routines with video/audio instructions. I and many others here do fully erect jelqs with no problems although other sites consider it evil. I think the pills are a scam but people here have had good gains with viagra and cialis while doing excercises.

You can find a lot of useful info in the free sites, but you gotta do some searching and stuff. On the free sites you are practicaly on your own. The paysite is much more organized way of giving you info. You got all the routines precisely described and you have all the videos for all the exercises so you can do the things the right way. You have also a lot of interesting extra stuff. If you have a buck in your pocket and want a paysite then you should check out DLD's paysite because it is the best out there in my opinion. I have a membership for a few others, but [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] is the best. A lot of the guys have some good results with takin the l-arginine because it gives you bigger loads and increases the bloodflow in the penile area.

the pay site has great video resources, so you can see the exercises being done, believe me a pic can be worth a thousand words. theres other stuff but for me that was the main reason i joined.

jelqing does no harm. it can only increase bloodflow and make your penis healthier. If youve ever masturbated you'll know your dick is tougher than you think..but you are right to ask if concerned. wait till you do stretches...now *that* seems scary but you'll learn your dick wont fall off (not joking i went through a phase of being very scared about what i was doing)

a definite NO ! a few ppl take pills, thats their choice. The majority do NOT take any pills

i've been reading some of the posts, and i've notice quite a few people have incountered injuries while doing Penis Enlargement. i just wondering what kind of injuries should i be aware of? and what causes them? i believe prevention is the best defense, so if you guys could share your experiences, that'd be great.

The main injury many people experience is small blood clots. This can be avoided by not doing too much too soon. This mainly happens during girth exercise if the user become overzealous. Exercise should start out easy and progress over time to a more intense stage. Proper warm ups and warm downs will also help avoid this.

The only pills I take are normal supplements. They can and do have an effect on circulation, as well as ejaculate volume. The one's I take specifically for that are vitamin E, l-arginine, and l-lysine. Horny Goat Weed is another one that comes to mind, but I haven't tried it yet.

Thats right! Save your money! [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Penis Enlargement pills[/words] are worthless in most cases. If you want to spend your money on a supplement this actually beneficial to Penis Enlargement go for CIALIS or VIAGRA.
