I added 0.5 inches in flaccid Stretched Length. I'm measuring after 1year of starting. I've not been consistent though.
Random question: when people say 8x6 for the penis size they want to get,is that 8 NBPEL OR BPEL?
that would be bone pressed but if someone’s overweight much of their penis is not going to show if it’s in the fat pad. Bone pressed will always give the best measurement as it only changes when you grow. I see NBP as the ultimate goal as you will have lost the fat pad and all penis is visible.

But I have also had a 3 inch fat pad when I was 9 inches which made me look like I had 6 inches. So what am I gonna do pull out a ruler when I’m with a woman and say look there’s much more penis under my fat LOL know what we’re gonna do is lose that fat pad as we also grow.

Sounds good!! I am pretty skinny but I do got a little belly and fat pad that compresses when you press on it
Thats some great motivation right there as I would love to reach the goal of 7.5 BPEL hopefully by the end of this year.
Any techniques about losing or reducing the fat pad?
I seen another thread Fated a couple years ago that you said to eat foods that were on the lower glycemic scale, treating foods as a source of energy and not pleasure as for as nutrition goes.

Rightthis is a dual stretch and a very good one. I use this position in almost every manual stretch I do. It acts like an anchor point and gives better structure to the stretch.
How the hell I didn't bump in to this thread before is beyond me. Anyway, my biggest "bragging card" is that I went from using regular condoms to having to buy XL condoms. Not only is this a huge ego boost (it's nice how some of the cashiers can't help a suttle reaction when you're buying them, hah!), but it is also an awesome validation method.
I've done my webcamming crazyness before (and occasionally still do) and, for the most part, I'm complimmented on my dick. But sometimes, the odd douche shows up and tells me it's small. That's when I'm able to say to myself "fuck off, bitch, I know I can fill an XL, no matter what you say". So it helps keep the motivation going,

My flaccid hang did improve though. Even though I still turtle up like a MOFO with cold weather of exercise, when it's hot and my junk is dangling, it's a really nice improvement. My flaccid hang it about 4.7"

I shall add, though, that even when one cannot do their routine diligently, if we at least do some edging, it helps a lot in maintining what we gained. I sometimes feel that edging is too often overlooked in here.

Edging. You can do kegels while edging, but the important thing is to edge. That helps you maintain maximum engorgement, even if you're not "pushing it" by means of jelqing or squashing.Edging or kegel?

That’s excellent I mean after six months gaining an inch and a quarter is amazing and I can relate to that because I put on 2 inches in the same amount of time.

Hello All, apologies ahead didn't know where to post this but... Been a member for a while just haven't posted much and the procrastinating is over - but I'm in need of a routine for length. I'm an intermediate PE'er. I have the Silistretcher and Xtreme 30 also with plenty of time and privacy.
Right now i where the Silistretcher all day w/breaks including bundle stretches , then jelq for 30 minutes right after being in stretcher all day, and then right into the bathmate for 20 minutes. i do this 5-6 days a week. That's my routine. also need a crucial kegel routine i need my dick when hard at 12 o'clock, saw peter north book routine, but would like to hear what the community recommends.
I'm 5'6 and am currently 6x4 would like to achieve...
goal: 7x5
ultimate goal: 8x5
Any tips and a routine that i could use to help me achieve this goal i would be so appreciative.

Well I started 10+ years ago and been on off then went cold turkey for about 5 years. When I was somewhat consistent I gained 1.25-1.5 (7" to 8.5ish). I just restarted a little over 2 months ago and went from 7.8 back to 8 SOLID! My wife has NEVER came this much even when I was at 8.5 and just chop that up as me knowing how to hit it better ?. This time around I'll be cementing my gains and getting in more seat time.
I haven't measured since I started back up. But in a little over 2 months I gained a.25" in length, and close to the same in girth. All these years I've been jelqing wrong ?, and think my gains have mainly came from doing the exercises right! I have the 1st gen bathmate that I stretch in and a cheap ebay extender. I also have a Bib hanger that I'm going to start using again.
not about growth, but since I started PE again like a month ago, when I fap (once a week) I stay erect for a long time after the ejaculation
