This is a shocking find. We need to know if it will work for others. I will give it a try. Combining this with a solid PE routine will break my length plateau

I added 0.5 inches in flaccid Stretched Length. I'm measuring after 1year of starting. I've not been consistent though.

awesome!!! Get in erect stretching and convert this to BPEL. There’s no faster or better way to cement length
 
Random question: when people say 8x6 for the penis size they want to get,is that 8 NBPEL OR BPEL?

that would be bone pressed but if someone’s overweight much of their penis is not going to show if it’s in the fat pad. Bone pressed will always give the best measurement as it only changes when you grow. I see NBP as the ultimate goal as you will have lost the fat pad and all penis is visible.

At one point I had a quarter inch fat pad so the measurement between the two was only a quarter of an inch. But I have also had a 3 inch fat pad when I was 9 inches which made me look like I had 6 inches. So what am I gonna do pull out a ruler when I’m with a woman and say look there’s much more penis under my fat LOL know what we’re gonna do is lose that fat pad as we also grow.

Sounds good!! I am pretty skinny but I do got a little belly and fat pad that compresses when you press on it
Thats some great motivation right there as I would love to reach the goal of 7.5 BPEL hopefully by the end of this year.
Any techniques about losing or reducing the fat pad?
I seen another thread Fated a couple years ago that you said to eat foods that were on the lower glycemic scale, treating foods as a source of energy and not pleasure as for as nutrition goes.

Ok, what if I grip with one hand under tge very base packing the scrotum and use the other hand to pull under the head?

this is a dual stretch and a very good one. I use this position in almost every manual stretch I do. It acts like an anchor point and gives better structure to the stretch.
 
Seems I measured 7inches today. I'm getting a solid ruler ? to measure instead of tailors tape rule to be sure.
 
When I lifted my gut today I noticed that I have 2 inches buried in fat! This lockdown is doing nothing but making me fatter and lazier than ever. I can’t wait till things go back to normal
 
Grown quite a bit. Wouldn't of been possible without DLD. I do however believe the reason behind it being BIb's theory. No new tissue or atleast, there's baseline tissue inside of us meant to be outside cause we got circumsized. I'm 11 though. And only reason cause of restoring foreskin after I used King Snakes pipe holder for 3 dollars. THen I treated myself to Bibhanger.

How the hell I didn't bump in to this thread before is beyond me. Anyway, my biggest "bragging card" is that I went from using regular condoms to having to buy XL condoms. Not only is this a huge ego boost (it's nice how some of the cashiers can't help a suttle reaction when you're buying them, hah!), but it is also an awesome validation method.
I've done my webcamming crazyness before (and occasionally still do) and, for the most part, I'm complimmented on my dick. But sometimes, the odd douche shows up and tells me it's small. That's when I'm able to say to myself "fuck off, bitch, I know I can fill an XL, no matter what you say". So it helps keep the motivation going,

Since I've probably lost a bit of my maximum length (I wasn't consistent enough to cement those gains), I'm around 7-7.2" BPEL.
My flaccid hang did improve though. Even though I still turtle up like a MOFO with cold weather of exercise, when it's hot and my junk is dangling, it's a really nice improvement. My flaccid hang it about 4.7"

I've not measured for some months now and I've been doing some minimal stretches to maintain my size. But i still feel that's I've lost some of my gains too

Yep, that happens when one's not consistent. Most of what I gained I was able to cement, but not the most recent ones, as I stopped doing my routines.
I shall add, though, that even when one cannot do their routine diligently, if we at least do some edging, it helps a lot in maintining what we gained. I sometimes feel that edging is too often overlooked in here.

Edging. You can do kegels while edging, but the important thing is to edge. That helps you maintain maximum engorgement, even if you're not "pushing it" by means of jelqing or squashing.

I should, and I would, if I had stuck to my routine. I cemented my gains during a period of 2 years of consistent jelqing. I'm sure I'd probably have reached my 8" goal if I had done so.

Yo, DLD, do you consider 1' 1/4 inch in length in 6 months to be excellent gains, average, or below average?

That’s excellent I mean after six months gaining an inch and a quarter is amazing and I can relate to that because I put on 2 inches in the same amount of time.

I would say anywhere from 6 to 12 months depending on how hard you train and what exercises and tools you use and what workout you’re going by. But of course it’s possible because I did it.

ultimate goal: 8x5

Any tips and a routine that i could use to help me achieve this goal i would be so appreciative.

you have everything you need to do the entire SRT program and I highly recommend you follow SRT as it is the fastest way for you to gain. Have a read through SRT and come back to me with any questions you may have and I can help you put a routine together.
 
Well I started 10+ years ago and been on off then went cold turkey for about 5 years. When I was somewhat consistent I gained 1.25-1.5 (7" to 8.5ish). I just restarted a little over 2 months ago and went from 7.8 back to 8 SOLID! My wife has NEVER came this much even when I was at 8.5 and just chop that up as me knowing how to hit it better ?. This time around I'll be cementing my gains and getting in more seat time.

All these years I've been jelqing wrong ?, and think my gains have mainly came from doing the exercises right! I have the 1st gen bathmate that I stretch in and a cheap ebay extender. I also have a Bib hanger that I'm going to start using again.

With all of that equipment you have you can certainly start the SRT routine and see growth very quickly. Do me a favor and read through SRT and see if it’s something that you want to try to do. If you have any questions or need any help let me know. SRT is the most modern way to practice PE

Harder and more frequent erections are a very big part of PE!
 
Hey guys, still new to the forum been doing the newbie routine for 1 month and have already seen amazing flaccid bone pressed gains. 1/2 in in length and .4in girth. Erect hasn’t been so fast, but for a months work i feel very lucky. I think i may be .15in longer erect. Erection quality is pretty much improved too. Is there anything you guys recommend for general soreness? Can’t wait to see what a year of PE will do. Thanks in advance!
