I've been getting 30 - 40 mins of hanging
mandingo stretches 15x -40secs

manual strecthes 3 sets all directions 30 sec each
im happy to tell you i am completely sick of manual stretches becasue of its time consumption, boredom and i tend to become erect during these strecthes causing more time to be wasted on non - Penis Enlargement
ive looked through this entire forum from 1st page to present and i found some interesting things. but as a quick question what are some tweaks i should make if needed and is there any substitue i can use for my manual strecthing portion of my routine?? (btw only length) thanks
