havent been on here in a while and i want to start changing some things.
I've been getting 30 - 40 mins of hanging
mandingo stretches 15x -40secs
"a "strecth 15x - 40secs
manual strecthes 3 sets all directions 30 sec each
im happy to tell you i am completely sick of manual stretches becasue of its time consumption, boredom and i tend to become erect during these strecthes causing more time to be wasted on non - Penis Enlargement
ive looked through this entire forum from 1st page to present and i found some interesting things. but as a quick question what are some tweaks i should make if needed and is there any substitue i can use for my manual strecthing portion of my routine?? (btw only length) thanks
 
I think you know a great deal of info already. The plan now is to take all that info and put it into correct use to do what you see works for you.

The penis is like any other part of your body, or the world even. If you pull, stretch, tug, suck any part of your body it will then begin taking that shape. I have used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] on my nipple and it really sucked my chest into the tube, if I were to repeat that daily over months; the nipple would most likely begin to sag and droop. Rather than test this theory on my nipple though I prefer to find out if it would be possible on my dick. If you are hanging and stretching 30mins-1 hour a day I think thats terrific; if I were going to add anything I would make sure to kegal as often as you can remember and do jelqs every other day or everyday 15-30 mins. And I would up the time of hanging to your max. limit- on the days after rest days or light hanging days; with light weight.

Thank you very much, personally I think you should patent the nipple theory lol. I do kegels every other day and they had a great affect already for me but my only problem is my hanger is homemade and let's say "shoddy". It becomes uncomfortable after about 25 - 30 mins so would the hanging still have the same affect if I do it in 20 min intervals with like a 2 min break in between? And one more thing I've been doing this for a while not too sure if its working I was kind of tewsting it myself but when I leave home i pull my penis out while flaccid and wrap it to hold it at that length, think this does anything?
 
I'm not quite sure about if it affects anything, as far as I think that it should not be a cause of concern but if it has been proving to be it is always beneficial to consult a doctor as they would be cable to provide some better information and insight about the problem.
 
You mentioned your homemade hanger. I have done the homemade hanger, homemade pump, homemade everything over the past few years, with decent results. The problem is, like you stated, comfort. If you really plan to get serious, I would recommend investing some money in quality equipment. I enjoy pumping, and I have done it on and off for a couple of years. I made my custom pump from one of those gravel aquarium vacuums you can find at the pet stores, and it worked OK. The problem was it always leaked and dug into my skin like a sonofabitch! Recently, I decided to get serious, and I ordered a couple of quality cylinders from Vacu-Tech. Man, I wish I had done so years ago! It is like night and day. The comfort is amazing and they hold a constant pressure for as long a you like. I am getting much better expansion and am much more motivated to do my routine now that I have the proper equipment. Now I'm not trying to talk you into a particular company, but I would say that whatever equipment you prefer to use, spend the money and buy some quality items. It will really help and make you WANT to work out even more. Good luck!

This will help keep your flaccid state elongated. Over time it should remain in this elongated state.
